Even when you are a little fish, you contribute by your upvotes, at a small scale but still, Voting Power is a scarce resource and all posts/comments are not worth the same upvote.
即使您是一条小鱼，您以您的好评来做出贡献，虽然小规模但仍然，投票权是稀缺资源所以每个在论坛上的帖子或评论的好评价值都不一样。
To be capable of choosing your upvote weight, just get to the Chrome Store and find and download SteemPlus extension.
要有能力选择您的好评重量，您只需要要到Chrome网上应用店找和下载 SteemPlus 扩展程序。
You can then get started in less than one minute. Input your Steem ID, private posting WIF and the desired vote strength for the next vote.
您可以在不到一分钟的时间内就开始了。输入您的Steem用户名，私人发布WIF和您期望在下一个投票里拥有的重量。
To get your private posting key, go to your wallet and under Permission, click show private key, next to the Public posting key. For safety reasons, the WIF will be kept locally on your device, we don't keep anything online!
首先要得到您的私人发帖键，您得去到钱包。在允许下，点击在公开发帖键的旁边，选择显示私人钥匙。为了安全防备，WIF会将被本地保存在您的设备上，我们不会在线上保留任何东西！
To upvote a post, just go to the post page and click upvote on Steem-Plus, that's it!
如果要对一个帖子上给予好评，您只需要到帖子的网页让后在Steem-Plus上点击好评就行了！
To upvote a comment, you need its url to appear on the url bar first. For this simply click on the time the comment was posted. You will then see the url change. After that, click upvote on the extension.
如果要对一个评论上给予好评，您需要它的网址出现在地址栏上。您只需要点击发布评论的时间就会看到网址改变，然后在扩展程序点击好评就行了。
In the meantime Steem-Plus helps you keeping track of your remaining voting power.
同时，Steem-Plus也会帮助您留意您剩余的投票权重量。
