Why the S.O.S. ?

On May 16, 2017 at 10:47:57 AM I attempted to transfer 1386.739 #STEEM to USD and into my bank account through @openledger @bitshares I immediately realized that I transferred it directly to @openledger witnessed by @roelandp I reached out to @mrwang to see if he could guide me on how to have my #steem sent back to me. He suggested that I reach out to support@openledger.info which I did. Within a day I contacted by sserge@openledger.info who asked for the txid so that he could provide a refund. I forwarded the witness page and that block number and then all of a sudden, sserge and @openledger went silent on me. I have sent several emails asking for a status or even an FU, you we cant do anything about it but to no avail. Can anyone in the #Steemit community help me recover my measly 1386.739 of STEEM? Also, is there no simpleton way to transfer steem to usd? @blocktrades anybody?
