Actually there were 4 or 5 Steemians present at this event, making it a first for the Steem City, Niigata, Japan!
@thediyguy put on an epic Halloween party for the students of his English language school. I played guitar and sang for the event.
The kids had a blast, and @kaliju came over from Korea to join the fun as well!
Piñata time, with homemade piñatas by @thediyguy!
My good friend Craig checks out the homemade ( @thediyguy and Craig) pinball machine, hand painted by another good friend here in Niigata.
Mega Man showed up!
My girl, the nerdy vampire.
Beautiful fall colors and mist on the mountains outside.

We had a great after party at our friend’s little retro hotel hideout. I had a little too much fun, perhaps. At least, that’s what my pounding head is telling me.
Old school karaoke machine.
@kaliju documenting some ashtrays in the smoking room. Automated Mahjong table in background.
Retro lighting.
The main hall.
The kids had a blast. This is the type of community I need in my life.
Not the best photo, but that’s @thediyguy in the maroon shirt in the foreground. He really gave us all a great day through his hard work, planning, and effort!
STAY TUNED FOR @kaliju, @thediyguy, and THEIR UPCOMING POSTS COVERING THE EVENT!!!
KIND OF AN INFORMAL @steemcityniigata THAT WENT DOWN HERE!!! PUMPED!!!!
