There has been a mini-explosion of new Steemit users here in Niigata City, Japan, and the surrounding area.
This account will serve as a support, networking, resteem and posting hub for Niigata Steemians.
Details and General Rules for Use:
Once this account is fully functional, any Niigata-based Steemian can use the posting key to create posts, signing their name to their own respective posts. Posting key will be released next post.
Liquid rewards will be distributed weekly based on proportion of SP vests in the account. SP ownership will be based on proportion of SP vests from Niigata Steemian’s independent account, and not based on awards garnered from posts.
For example, whatever SP this post makes, as soon as initial cost is recouped and another Steemian invests, will be owned according to proportion of independent vests. If there are any questions regarding this. Let me know in the

Currently @kafkanarchy84 has incurred the account creation cost (Anon Steem). When a new Niigata Steemian invests, this will reset after initial account creation cost is recouped (23 USD) and awards will be paid weekly according to the proportion of each respective Niigata Steemian’s vest.
SP (including the Steem Power garnered from this post) will be divided according to vest
