What's in it: pork marinaded in Chinese sauces and hanged in a hot barbercue chambers, glazing with sweet honey Chinese glaze until it's charred and cook all the way.
What's special: the thick layer of bark, very savoury and sweet. Nice layer of fat and lean meat.

What's in it: sweet custard egg in a butter crust
What's special: smooth, rich and full flavoured egg custard. Flaky and butter crust.
polo bun
What's in it: cookie pastry on top of a baked bun filled with sweet custard
What's special: the crunchy texture, and the buttery flavour of the cookie pastry.
fu zhok prawn roll
What's in it: deep fried soy bean milk skin filled with prawn.
What's special: the crispy layer of soy bean skin and the large satisfying large prawn.
stir fried radish cake
What's in it: stir fried omelette, prawn, beans sprouts, radish cake, Spring onions, chille stir fried with seasoning sauces
What's special: the wonderful blend of flavour from all the ingredients as well as the nice wok hey aroma.
seaweed fish ball
What's in it: seaweed fish ball on a broth of soy sauces stock
What's special: the texture bouncy texture of the fish ball, good punch of seaweed flavour in the fish ball. Savoury stock match very well with the fish ball.

Although I have not gotten the chance to try these delicious looking creations by the chef, I would like to share with all of you simply because it's worth sharing!
what's look like inside
A large dining area, well design and to hold any sort of functions and parties. There are several private dining room that can be booked in ahead of time.

My Thoughts
Food : very good, a lot of variety
Price : slightly above average, but worth it
Service: fast and efficient
Atmosphere: pleasent, bright and comfortable with comfortable sitting and temperature
