This dish is served cold and I agree with their choice serving it cold. The rice wine mixture that was marinating the chicken nicely develope a refreshing wine-ginger flavour. Texture of the meat is silky smooth, juicy and nicely presented. The century egg gives it an additional richness and depth of flavour, I would highly recommend this!

MY THOUGHTS
Servers are all very attentive, once our tea pot was out of tea they refilled it so quickly that we don't even need to ask. Food very innovative and nicely presented, a lot of delicious dish. Price is slightly on the priceyier side but we have to remember we are paying for the whole exprience. They do offer wedding menu, so those who are looking for a wedding dinner party in Malaysia this maybe a good place! Although being in a mall, it was rather easy to locate, there are also a lot of parking for cars, so feel free to drive here!
