My Weight Loss Journey: Day 18 - 183.8Lbs

I was finally able to make the scale move from 187Lbs! I added more cardio to my workout routine, yesterday I did 1 hour, but I'm trying to spent as little time as possible in the gym so today I only did 25 minutes of stair master. Still have a long wait to go but little by little and with consistency I know I will get there.
