I always advise people to post at least once a day, but it's hard if you've already posted about everything you wanted before. So let's make it easy, there is a way to always have some ideas to post about.
The first thing you need to do is to click on home. Then to check the most famous tags on the right.
As you see the most famous topics are : life, steemit, photography, art, travel ... etc.
We can also order them by Payouts here and we will see the most paid topics are the most famous.
Another way to find a good topic to write about is to check them in the forum Chainbb.com , we have here better variations of topics and you see : Creative Arts, Education, Entertainment, Finances, Food, Technology, Sports, Crypto Discussions and others. In each section you will find subsections so it's a big choice.
Also you can find more topics in the application eSteem, there is more separation on the feed page so you can find not just hot and trading posts, but also : active, the most upvoted and the most commented posts as well.
So go agead and choose any topic you want to talk about, I think it's almost impossible to have a lack of ideas.
