A month ago, I told my brother that I have encountered a site “Steemit.com”. It helps in exploring a lot of cool stuff through blogs. And we had this conversation:
Few snippets from our conversation:
Me: “It also gives us perks for posting good write-ups and hence more motivation.”
Brother: “Okay!! Just make sure it’s not a scam”.
Me : “This is not a scam!!!”
Brother : “How do you know?Have you transacted?”
Me: “Not yet!!!”
(After 3-4 days I transacted a small amount and told my brother about it)
My later conversation:
Me: “It’s real. Learning with perks. Why don’t you join it?”
Brother : “Actually I am working on a couple of projects so do not have time right now but I will join after a few weeks. You keep on posting, it will help you to improve your writing skills.”
Me: “Okay!!! Thanks”
I showed him my recent posts that got many likes and comments. At that point, he looked and read my blogs(mostly on life) and felt proud to see my improved writing skills.I also showed him the Steemit Meetup photographs. He got really excited as he is also a supporter of few technical communities and has been a speaker in various technical meetups and presented flash talks in conferences.Also, He has been interviewed in RUBYCONF India.
And it was yesterday that he joined Steemit and decided to post at least one post a day. So let me give a very short introduction about my brother in his own words :)
