Last night's first ever North Idaho Steemit meet-up went great!
Capone's is such a fun and atmospheric place, especially if you're a sports fan. There was quite a bit of excitement coming from the bar over the ongoing football game and the service there was so welcoming too. Definitely a good choice to have our little gathering. Oh, and don't forget the food! The food was great and everyone ordered something delicious! They've got some killer burgers, giant pizzas, and loaded salads! Yum!
I just love all the detail in the decor, and I spent a while just taking it all in. The tables even have baseball cards layered out in a fun pattern to give them that extra special touch. Spot on.
The Steemians that attended were me, of course, @gringalicious, @generikat, @jacobtothe, @rigaronib, @noboxes, @drobinson, @uglysweater, @alovelymess, @fullofhope, @trumpit, @lifes-a-donut, @hotrod, @freerunner. Some of the other members of my family that aren't on Steemit were in attendance also, including my mom. I like to think of her as being the behind the scenes "Steem-mom" as she's always a great support to her family of Steemians.
I am so looking forward to future meet-ups like this and I'd say it was a huge success! Oh, and I couldn't resist bringing something chocolate to the party so there were cookies!
