STEEMIT WORKOUT! Trouble with Growing Calves ?

Usually many people's weakness, use to be my weakness.

How to over come this?

Change what you are doing. If it hasn't worked in the past why would it work now?

I simply changed my exercise to high rep/ small break.
This was sure to fully exhaust them and return they grew!

Simplest of simple exercises-
30 reps on calf raises, 30 second break - repeat this 6 times.
Then have a 2 minute break and go heavy so you max out on 8 reps.
Entire workout takes 15 minutes!

Do this twice a week!

And don't forget to stretch after or you won't be walking the next day!
