This Homemade Sandwich is par excellence!

Hi Steemers tonight I made one of the tastiest sandwiches ever for this steemit post, & I have taken step by step pictures to show you exactly how to make it at home. Please treat yourself to this sandwich so that you too can experience these amazing combination of flavours in one sandwich!

Here are most of the ingredients which you will need & this recipe is to serve 2 people.

8 Fish fingers, 1 whole tomato, 1 whole onion, 4 slices of white bread, 4 medium slices of Halloumi Cheese, 1 Packet of SALT' N' VINEGAR CHIPSTICKS Crisps, Ketchup & mustard. (Butter is optional) I did not end up using the butter today.

Step 1: Place 8 Fish fingers on a medium grill for 12 to 14 minutes

Step 2: Thinly slice a tomato, onion & lettuce,

& Then you place all the sliced Onion, Tomato & Lettuce on a plate

Step 3: Cut 4 Medium sized pieces of Halloumi Cheese & place under a high grill.

Once the Halloumi is lightly brown on both sides then they are ready.

Step4: Get 4 Slices of White Bread and grill/toast one side until they are lightly brown on one side only

Step 5: Add 2 & a half tea spoons of Tomato Ketchup & 1 tea spoon of  English Colonel Mustard to one of the slices of toast & mix them together.

Step 6: Add the Fish fingers & then the Tomatoes on top of the the Ketchup & Mustard like this

Step 7: Now add the 2 slices of Grilled Halloumi on top of the tomatoes & Onions.

Step 8: Open 1 pack of 17g CHIPSTICKS SALT 'N' VINEGAR (SMITHS) Crisps & then

place half the packet of CHIPSTICKS SALT 'N' VINEGAR CRISPS on top of the

Onion,Tomato & Halloumi  one by one.

Step 9: Place the Lettuce on top of the crisps & then add the final toast on top & you now have now completed the sandwich.

Repeat Steps 5 to 9 above to make the other serving.

FINISHED :)

The Sandwich was par excellence!

TIP: Make sure you use a High Quality Halloumi Cheese, you can find them in many Greek OR Turkish Grocery stores. The Brand I used was  Özlem bought from TFC (Turkish Food Center)
