Value is Community orientation. Life is community based. It's interesting to regard how socially oriented we are, even if we find ourselves with a preference towards introversion. How many parts are existing within and as our physical body here? A whole lot. Think of the amount of communication that is happening all the time at the same time. It's like there's a group consensus narrative happening all the time. Recently i learned of "asynchronous communication", I am reminded of it now, because it's the intermittent exchange of information as opposed to a steady stream...where asynchronous is like in quick spurts...and that's kind of how life walks...works...plays - intermittently in that we each move to the beat of our own drum. Pulsating with and as Earth and Heart of matter.
Analogies are our relationship bridges. It's our ability to create new connections. It's efficiency in communication. The art of the paraphrase. Taking something and explaining the essence with the essence of something else completely different, yet totally the same in a very deep meaningful simplicity.
Language. What we are all about. The who and how of ourselves. Verbal and Non Verbal. It's our starting point regard as the sharing of ourselves. Expression inward and outward. The shape of our waters. Our gravity.
Creative Collaboration. The art of keeping the conversation rolling. A willingness to listen and speak as a result of a willingness to listen. Sharing at it's finest. It's really fascinating how this works, where one thing leads to another thing, and so on.
On-Boarding. Common sense structured education in a way that's easy to frame narratives as like sort of catch phrases. Words that you can run with. Easy to carry - bring with you indefinitely. Steem and Steemit is in a very strong On-Boarding phase. It's the self-responsibility of members within the community to support new members coming in to the space. It's a strong phase of development and expansion. Lots of learning for both new and old. The more you talk about something, the more you get into the depth. It's like every-one time we play... fine tune our craft working effectiveness.

A saying that's stuck with me, "you only get access to what you are equal to...able to handle." It's a point of Dignity. Dignified life for all life. Sounds so simple the Direction is clear.
