#STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE Healthy Banana cheese cake

The cake is made without sugar and with healthy foods, to be able to take care of ourselves and at the same time give us a whim or use it in a celebration. I hope that the judge of this week tries it @ats-david ; )

Ingredients:
For cake
120gr oatmeal
2 bananas
4 eggs
5 dates
1 spoon bakery poder
Nuts
Two ounces dark chocolate ( 90%)

For cream
Cream Cheese
Vanilla.

For decoration:
Pure cacoa.

With these ingredients come two individual pies, for a large cake fold the ingredients. If you bathe the cakes with coffee we make a tiramisu-type cake!

Steps:

Crush bananas, flour and eggs. To this dough we add the nuts and chopped chocolate.

Bake with the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes

For other hand mixed cheeese with vanille.

Now to assemble the cake, if we make it individual we cut the cake with the mold that we like the most. I used a bell, we're at Christmas.

Put in a layer of sponge cake and on top we throw the cheese, I used a pastry bag to make it more beautiful..

We put the other top of the cake.

Finally, we sprinkle cocoa.
