For this week challenge will show you some fingerfood we use with our national drink rakija !
You will need :
eggplant , yogurt , solt , lemon , dill , tomato , parsley, and lettuce
Cut the eggpland like 2,5 sm and remuve the midle part , place in wather with solt for 10 mints !
Fry in pan !
When they are rdy place over kitchen paper to remuve the extra oil !
Mix the yogurt, lemon solt and dill , add the tommato .
Fill the baskets with this and form handle from parsley.
If you eat this with fingers you will need wather with lemon and parsely to cleen your fingers .
