STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #27 Guvedje !


This week teme of culinari challenge is to be a master chef . Sadly im not one but will try to prepare something very often ofered in the restorants in Bulgaria.



First i will like to tell you what im  using :

200 300 g cheese , 200g yellow cheese , thomato pasta  , some tipical bulgarian salamy caled krenvirsh , egs , and  parsely.





The engridiens are 90 % from my farm !


Cheese and yellow cheese we produse from our cows !

Egs come from our chikens and parsely from our garden !

Tomathopasta we prepare every year from our tomathoes and in the past i have also post here about the full proces !
