STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #43 : Autumn vegetables with chicken liver and mushrooms....


Here is my  SAVOURY dish to a lovely theme on  Steemit Culinary Challenge # 43.


Autumn is time for saturated vegetables and hot dishes. Because the autumn is rich in cold nights and days, it prepares us for the winter.


This dish will suit you. It is hearty, tasty and fragrant. Rich on fiber and proteins.

 

This is my recipe for this week's Steemit Culinary Challenge, hosted by the genius @woman-onthe-wing and generously sponsored by @gringalicious and @sirwinchester.



Ingredients:

  • 1 Pumpkin of medium size
  • 2 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pepper
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 600 grams of chicken liver
  • 3 Parasol Moor
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • pepper spicy red
  • a mixture of Italian herbs
  • parsley
  • sesame

Sauce:

  • 1 apple
  • oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • garlic


1. Clean the pumpkin with only the pulp. Pumpkin, zucchini, eggplant and pepper cut into cubes in the size of 1.5, 2 cm. Cut the onions into small cubes.

2.Each vegetable must be fried individually in a frying pan. To make a crust, but to remain solid. (al dente) Salt, pepper.

3. Good to fry mushrooms, add cherry tomatoes and pepper to them. Fry 2 more minutes.

4. Wash the liver and dry the towel with a cloth. Fry in oil. Add salt, pepper, Italian herbs and sesame to taste.

5. Vegetables and liver mixed together.

6. Rub the apple and grate it. Add to it soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil and honey. Add garlic. All mix

7. Stuffed vegetables with liver sauce. decorate with parsley and sesame seeds.


Serve this dish hot.
