One of my favourite cold cuts is thinly sliced Smoked Beef; salty and smoky, just bursting with flavour!
Add to that homemade Seed Bread, mustardy Balsamic & Onion Cream Cheese, thinly sliced mature Cheddar Cheese, Mushrooms lightly sauteed in butter and a crunchy Coleslaw, and you have a meal all in one.
So for the awesome @jaybird's Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #53, I am serving you a Smoked Beef, Coleslaw & Cheesy Seedy Sandwich.
Ingredients required:
- Homemade Seed bread
- Smoked beef - thinly sliced
- Balsamic & Onion Cream Cheese with a bite of Mustard
- Mature Cheddar Cheese - thinly sliced
- Mushrooms - thinly sliced & sauteed in butter
- Coleslaw made with young garden Cabbage, Spinach, sweet Gherkins & a light creamy dressing
Liberal layer of the cream cheese on both slices, topped with sauteed mushrooms.
Thinly sliced cheese gently laid on top of that.
Beautiful smoked beef rolls arranged on top of cheese.
Lastly the tarty sweetish coleslaw.
And our sandwich is all ready for lunch - not quite a womanwitch...oops...womanwich, it's way too large!
Could not handle that size all by myself, halved it, but it's still way too big for one woman, hubby is hovering closer now thinking he's not going to be fed!
Cut into four and definitely too much for me to handle all on my own, so hubby is getting lunch after all :)
Freshly baked seed bread with all that goodness, but it's a beeeg mouthful!
Oh my word, hope I don't put my jaw out with this massive sandwich :)
Well, the verdict? It was delicious and healthy, and I'll show you how to make this real quickly, hope you can keep up with the steps :)
Thank you for stopping by
Comments, upvotes & resteems all much appreciated :)
