This week was SO BUSY omg. I wanted to get this little Celtic slipjig entered long before Friday, but just couldn’t seem to manage it. Better late though, than never, eh?
I do not know the specific origins of this beautiful little tune, but I do know it’s a staple in Irish circles. The rhythm and meter are so evocative of a butterfly’s bouncing, lilting flight. ❤️
