A couple of weeks ago, I shared a planned meet up in Bulacan in this post. Both @dandalion and I have been actively participating in events organized by our @steemph family, and thought about organizing a meet-up for our locality, getting to know other steemians from our area, and potentially having community related activities in Bulacan that will uphold @steemph's goal to "Build Communities, and Enrich Lives" by promoting Steemit.
After the announcement we have since been busy preparing. We started with tools. We bought a portable that is quite optimized for presentation. We still need to get around buying a good quality projector and are open for your recommendation. We are thinking of between 15,000 - 18,000 PHP price range, and gives consideration to lumens, lamp's lifespan, and sturdy make.
We thought of these as investments since we are now thinking that the Bulacan Meet Up will just be the start of a @steemph Meet Up Caravan. From Bulacan we will go to Provinces towards the north of the Philippines.

New Venue
The earlier identified venue will not provide a place where we can have a discussion about the topics we really wish to cover. We searched for a venue where we can have an area that will be exclusive to us, where we can use a projector, and will have minimal to no noise so we can have meaningful and uninterrupted discussion. Bahay na Tisa is a Family Style - Filipino Restaurant located in Independencia St., , Malolos City, Bulacan. Here is a link to a map to guide you. If you are coming from Malolos crossing, it is just before you reach the historical Barasoain Church.
@dandalion and @littlesteemitph can be seen in this photo settling the down payment for the venue. We are scheduled for 3:00PM - 6:00PM so we ask the participants not to be late. We will be there at 2:30PM to set the place up and will start the program at exactly 3:10PM.
