SteemPH has had a busy kickoff in the past week and we had a bunch of corporate proposals, NGO proposals and university proposals to send out along with multiple collaborations with different initiatives and organizations. Our members are a bunch of busybodies so our Trello board just kept piling up with Things to do.
1 . At the top of our list is our initiative to partner with the Philippine Red Cross.
We met with leaders of Philippine Red Cross at the #HelpMarawi Concert where we committed to an INITIAL donation of 100 SBD gathered from our minnow sponsors, core members and witnesses on the day of the concert. It was short notice but we rallied and did our best. We were very excited to meet with Red Cross Secretary General Atty. Oscar Palabyab and Red Cross Youth Program Manager Ryan Jay Jopia to tell them about STEEMIT and how we can make donations through posting about their causes, possibly even having Red Cross and its members join the platform as well.
We sent out the proposal letter to Mr. Jopia in hopes of joining their Country Youth Assembly in the coming months in Cebu with a few core members and witnesses.

2. Cultural Act Sponsorship and Media Event - Musikalye Alay sa Bayani
SteemPH is partnering with a local Cultural Music Act to bring Native Musical Instruments from the Provinces of Ilocos, Baguio, Bicol and other provinces to Manila for the Musikalye concert hosted by Yakapin Ating Kultura't Kalikasan Alay sa Lipunan - YAKAL for National Heroes day at Luneta Park in Metro Manila. SteemPH will have an airtime of 15 minutes during the concert where we can talk to Cultural Artists from all over the Philippines about Steemit and how it can be a platform to promoting the Arts, immortalizing our Culture and history in the blockchain. The event will have Media Coverage through ABC5 News and we hope to get a feature while talking or distributing food to the artists and event attendees.
We have an initial donation of Php4,000 worth of SBD from @surpassinggoogle, if interested in donating more to this cause, please send out any amount in STEEM or SBD and include in the memo - Food for Artists.

3. SteemPH University Roadshow
Taking inspiration from our Cebu Steemians who we have great appreciation for, we will be contacting universities starting with the University of the Philippines, Diliman for a Roadshow to discuss with student organizations the value that the Steemit Community gives to those who are on the platform.
University organization proposals are drafted and ready to be sent out. If you yourself are an alumnus of a university in Manila and in touch with your old student organizations, please drop SteemPH a note in the comments below or on Discord, we are happy to work with you.

4. Introductions and Tshirts
SteemPH is a group of like-minded individuals that share the same mission and vision while being happy contributors of the Steemit community. We have introductions that will be rolled out soon and we also have shirts that will be printed out. These will be used in future events to promote steemit.com and the SteemPH initiave.
5. Voiceshares Partnership
@voiceshares or Voice of Steemit is an initiative that aims to help people who are in a state of supression or depression and need their voice to be heard. We recognize that depression is a condition that needs a healthy support system so we ask Filipino Steemians who want to volunteer for this to connect with the voiceshares community in their discord channel. If you are experiencing depression or know someone who is, please reach out to @voiceshares.
6. Donate a Library project.
We have an initial crowdfunding for a library (shelf & books) that we can donate to one a community church, in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. Their Sunday school is in need of books that children can read and learn from, we're donating a shelf & books of different genres. Read more here.

7. Art Guild PH is composed of Filipino Steemian Artists.
