What I wanted to share is the personal story of Chris Duane when he was young and went through previous bubbles in the real estate market:

• he bought an old house, a small one needing lots of work for $200,000 plus
• he got married and needed to buy a bigger house, he thought
• he did not buy a bigger house but sold it and rented one instead (listen to his rationale)
