The recording below was done in considerably lower quality in hopes that the live show would run smoother. And it did! However, the video image is pretty blurry (especially when I had on my sweet sweet galaxy background), but the sound quality is great! I'm going to try something completely different next week, focusing on the SOUND of things, rather than my face. It IS a radio show, first and foremost.😏
Edit to add: Even with lower quality my sad interent takes so long to upload. I started first thing Tuesday morning (after all night of uploading it to the 24/7/365 stream at SteemStar Network), I'm now getting ready for bed... and it's not done. 😕

The issues...

Everything went WAY better this week. Way. However, I didn't have all my ducks in a row regarding Discord and wasn't able to bring my guest (@bennettitalia) on to chat. 🤦 Will take care of that for next week...
As far as I know, the sound did pretty well most of the time, except for those ONLY listening via Discord. Apparently, I, and anyone else who speaks there, become sexy chimpmunks. I don't think anyone really was complaning... 🤣 Aside from that, because of my insanely low upload speeds, I'm probably better suited (for now) to focus on the listening aspect more than the video. I'm planning on NOT using my webcam, but still running the live Discord chat with still images on the screen.

But I do want to say: All the support I've been getting from my Steemian friends and family is seriously amazing. @meno reminded me right before the show that it was just a bunch of friends hanging out. And it was/is. I love that. 😍

Stuff-n-things I talked about...

I started off with a sweet intro by @soundwavesphoton. It eases in and drops the space bass. 😎 Speaking of him.... he's my Featured musician on next week's show. Be sure to tune in!
I talked about what I want to... talk about in the future. I've got big plans (as ya do). I'm excited about potentially starting a regular Old Time Radio Show segment, by either using scripts from the 1930s-1950s OR writing scripts myself OR holding Steemit competitions and using the winners live on air. I'm also looking for actors to join me and read/act out the shows. Of course, this is all very early in it's planning. But let's do it!
I told jokes. A lot of 'em. Fast. With sound effects. The audienced laughed. I have proof. 😃

I may have quickly discussed Meat Sweats....
The Hubs @chrisroberts created an interactive game for me to play with the listeners. It. Was. Hilarious. It was called WHAT ANIMAL? Basically, he gave me an animal and I had to make the sound that (I think) the animal makes. It was pretty brutal. I wasn't very good at it, but all did have some good laughs. Oh! And wieners! There were wieners! These (insane) souls below correctly guessed the strange noises that flowed through my mouth.
