The Challenges Bahbahra faces - Making a call

Being a little Sheep Fridge magnet is a lot harder than you would probably imagine

The other day I watched a little drama play out for Bahbahra

I was sitting at my Desk and this is what I saw Bahbahra up to, now story writing is not my forte but let me try to write it up as a little story with the photos

Bahbahra suddenly had an urge to call someone, but she was not experienced with the use of modern technology, the first thing she came across where these orange and black things that she had seen JJ wearing earlier in the day and he seemed to be talking to someone.

Well she tried her best to pick them up but for someone her size as you can see they were just to heavy, so being a bright little sheep (in her own mind at least) she decided to sit inside them and try to talk.

Well try as hard as she could and yelling at the top of her voice she was quite frustrated to get no answer from who she wanted to talk to, so it was time for plan B.

She saw this box with the word telephone on it and new a telephone could well be what she needed, alas as bright as she may be the word Firefighter was one she did not understand.

Nor was she able to work out how to open the panel and get to the phone, so she realized she would need to find a plan C.

**Bahbahra** headed out of the building and came across this public telephone.

She considered trying to work out how to use it so it was just far to dirty, but being a determined little sheep, this was not going to force her to give up her plan to make a call so she thought and pondered, pondered and thought and moved on looking for a plan D

Next she came across this Telephone in the Elevator Lobby, and thought this is perfect, its clean, its accessible, admittedly after an arduous climb up the wall, but she soon realized she had a problem, she was not big enough to pick up the headset, and even if she could there was no way she could hold the headset ( or climb down the wire to where the headset feel when she did manage to get it off the cradle, and at the same time push the buttons to make a call.

Bahbahra made her way back to my cubicle and decided she needed some help so asked her friend **Quackers** if she could help.

She told Quackers of her saga’s trying to make call and Quackers had to wonder if they should change names as Bahbahra’s plan in her mind was Quackers with some of the ideas Bahbahra had tried for making a call (I am not sure if the term Quackers is used to describe crazy in many countries so I thought I should clarify that)

Quackers was more than willing to help Bahbahra and even pointed out that the device in the photo above was called a Desk Phone and was perfectly suitable for making a call, so Bahbahra went to the Headset and her friend dialed the number for her.

Well the call was successful...

Who do you think she was trying to call and why ?

I guess the moral of the story is no matter how determined you can be some tasks can not be completed without asking for some help.

Well this post has been a challenge and a learning experience for me to work out how to resize the photos and format the post so I had the photo on the left and the text on the right, but I am very happy with myself for finally working it all out.

PS For those that are wondering Bahbahra is a little souvenir fridge magnet sheep I picked up in New Zealand about 10 Years ago and she is always in my camera bag and I occasionally take her out for some photos
