According to the Tennessean

Law firm Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP plans to move to its Nashville to half a floor in the office building at 333 Commerce St. that's known as the “Batman Building."

Effective Nov. 14, the firm will occupy 10,000 square feet of space in the building anchored by AT&T's Tennessee headquarters. Wyatt, Tarran joins South Korean tire maker Hankook among new additions to the 27-story, 648,047 square foot building, which has only 40,222 square feet of space available.

For 16 years, the civil litigation and transactional law firm has had its Nashville office at the 2525 West End office building near Vanderbilt.

Wyatt, Tyrrant entered the Nashville market in 1989 when the firm merged with Gilbert & Milom. Locally, the firm has 15 attorneys.

More on the AT&T Batman Building

  • After completion in 1994, the AT&T Building was purchased by Prefco XIV L.P., a limited partnership of the Pitney Bowes Real Estate Financing Corp, for US$100.8 million.

  • Ownership of the building was transferred to Cerberus Capital Management subsidiary EntreCap Financial in July 2006 after Cerberus acquired Prefco.

  • The building was immediately placed back on the market for resell, and in mid-2007 was sold to MTL Leasing LLC for an undisclosed sum.

According to Heavy,

Since the 2016 election especially, Dominion and other large voting firms have faced increasing Congressional scrutiny. It’s not unusual for big firms under the Congressional microscope to hire people or firms with ties to other power players; Dominion has ties to the Clinton Foundation. The company has used lobbying firms that employ lobbyists with ties to major figures like Georgia’s Republican governor and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as a lobbyist who donated money to Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Increasing the scrutiny, it has also worked with firms tied to George Soros and Robert Mueller and gets some components from China. A former ambassador named by former President Barack Obama sits on the board of a company that acquired it in 2018.

The company’s equipment is used in North Carolina, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona and Pennsylvania – key states where President Donald Trump’s campaign has raised concerns or that are still being counted. The major television networks have called the election for former Vice President Joe Biden, but Trump has not conceded.

“The industry has a two-tier structure with the three top-tier vendors, Election Systems and Software, Hart Intercivic, and Dominion Voting Systems covering approximately 92% of the total eligible voter population,” a major 2017 study on voting companies by the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative said. Truthout reported that the company “was recently acquired by New York-based hedge fund Staple Street Capital.”

An executive board member of Staple Street Capital, William Earl Kennard, is a former ambassador to the EU who was appointed to that position by former President Barack Obama. In 2018, Dominion announced it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital. On November 6, Deadline reported that Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent AT&T, which owns CNN.

On November 6, Deadline reported that Kennard was named to the board of WarnerMedia parent AT&T, which owns CNN.

In January 2020, Poulos said in a written statement to the U.S. House that he was the “chief executive officer and co-founder of Dominion Voting Systems. As a U.S.-owned company, we currently provide voting systems and services to jurisdictions across 30 states and Puerto Rico.”

Dominion Voting Systems has a web of links to companies tied to Washington power players.

A 2014 State of California document indicates

  • Dominion’s agent of record at that time was Boston lawyer Michael Bevilacqua of Wilmer Hale.
  • Former special prosecutor Robert Mueller works for that firm.

Dominion earned $44 million in 2012, according to the form. It listed its addresses for manufacturing and development as Toronto; Belgrade, Serbia; Denver; Plano, Texas; and Baldwin Park, California. A 2020 filing lists their registered agent as Cogency Global in Florida.

It's directors were listed as Hootan Yaghoobzadeh of Staple Street Capital, Stephen Owens, also of Staple Street, and Benjamin Humphreys. Yaghoobzadeh and Owens have past ties to the Carlyle Group investment firm.

During congressional testimony in January, Poulos said: “We do have components in our products that come from China. Our tabulated products have always been manufactured in the United States.” He said the Chinese components included “LCD components, the actual glass screen on the interface down to the chip component level…there’s no option for manufacturing of those in the United States. We would welcome guidelines and best practices.”

According to Heavy,

A 2019 report by the Brennan Center for Justice highlighted a lack of vendor oversight, raising Congressional concern about voting machines in general, according to The Associated Press.

What are the company’s ties to the Clinton Foundation? “Dominion Voting” is listed as a $25,000 to $50,000 donor to the Clinton Foundation in 2014 by The Washington Post.

According to the Clinton Foundation:

In 2014, Dominion Voting committed to providing emerging and post-conflict democracies with access to voting technology through its philanthropic support to the DELIAN Project, as many emerging democracies suffer from post-electoral violence due to the delay in the publishing of election results. Over the next three years, Dominion Voting will support election technology pilots with donated Automated Voting Machines (AVM), providing an improved electoral process, and therefore safer elections. As a large number of election staff are women, there will be an emphasis on training women, who will be the first to benefit from the skills transfer training and use of AVMs. It is estimated that 100 women will directly benefit from election technology skills training per pilot election.

The firm also hired a lobbying firm with ties to Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff.

According to Bloomberg, Dominion Voting Systems “hired … a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. … Dominion’s first-ever lobbying firm is Brownstein Farber Hyatt and Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.”

Now let's go back to that merger because something in a local paper is eye catching.

In the Nashville Post in an article titled,

"Tensions at Wyatt Tarrant lead to change in managing partner here"
They claimed it was. ..

at least partly due to a clash of corporate cultures between the original office and the Nashville office.

Following months of speculation about tensions between the Nashville and Louisville offices of Wyatt Tarrant & Combs, NashvillePost.com has learned that Charles Bone has been replaced as managing partner in the Nashville office by Sam McAllester.

The Wyatt firm merged with Gilbert & Milom in 1989, becoming the first out-of-state law firm to enter the Nashville market.

Apparently it started with a memo regarding the dress code.

Former managing partner Charles Bone, whose management style is characterized by a one-time employee as "casual, fun and concerned with people," wished to implement a casual dress code for daily office attire. The Louisville office promptly circulated a memo declaring that the more formal and traditional dress code would remain in place.

As you start poking around that just appears to be an excuse as there was far more going on here.

More recently, observers noted the hiring of a large number of first-year associates, though the work flow did not necessarily support their staffing numbers. Mr. Hable confirmed that Wyatt has been in a growth mode for the past five years, nearly doubling the size of the Nashville office. (The firm this year moved from its downtown office in the Nashville City Center to a larger space in the 2525 West End building.)

Last year, Wyatt, along with other firms in Nashville and across the country, raised associate salaries, which some say has increased pressure to bill hours. Earlier this summer, first-year associates were given six-month evaluations and informed that failure to bill the requisite 1,900 annual hours would result in their pay being docked or termination without notice.

NashvillePost.com reported last week that at least 10 attorneys have left the firm in recent months.

Mr. Hable said that "We haven't laid anyone off and don't intend to have lay-offs. That is a subject that has not been a topic of conversation firm-wide or with respect to the Nashville office." He declined to comment on individual situations. He also noted that revenue through June was up over last year, and that the firm is in "very sound financial condition."

This was Very Interesting. . .I will show you why.

Calls to Messrs. Bone and McAllester seeking comment were not returned.

Mr. Bone recently picked up some additional non-legal responsibilities. He was named to the "office of the chairman" of Shop At Home to provide top-level management leadership while the company hires a new chief executive officer.

Now let's take a look at Shop At Home.

  • In 1987 the company sold shares and became a penny stock listed in the pink sheets as SATH.
  • By 1993 the company was struggling to attain profitability.
  • Paul Cowell the majority shareholder sold the company to venture capitalist JD Clinton and his partners. * Kent Lillie moved from General Manager of Fox TV in Atlanta to become the CEO.
  • Under new leadership the company moved to a new campus in Nashville Tennessee and opened a state of the art digital production / broadcast facility with studios and an in house call center.
  • Shop at Home became a cable and broadcast media company purchasing cable time and acquiring television stations. Under the FCC rules all local cable companies "must carry" local programing at no charge to a local broadcaster.
  • Using this must carry rule to obtain broad market 24 hour coverage of its programming Shop at Home acquired stations in Bridgeport, Connecticut/New York City, Lawrence/Boston, Massachusetts, San Francisco, California, Wilson/Raleigh, North Carolina, Canton/Cleveland, Ohio, and Houston, Texas. Shop at Home built coverage into approximately one hundred million households.
  • Expanding this audience drove the revenue and gave the opportunity for product volume and profitability. With growth came a listing of SATH on NASDAQ and expansion of management.
  • Shop at Home (SATH NASDAQ) was a public company which sold its broadcast network in 2002 to the E. W. Scripps Company which owned and operated the network from 2002 until 2006

As a side note, keep in mind it was Dustin Moskovitz and his wife, Cari Tuna who funded Bill Gates Event 201 on Oct. 18, 2019 just before the "pandemic" breakout in which Gates called all the globalists there who stood to gain Great Profits, "Players." Just who do you suppose they are playing? It isn't each other is it?

Now, Bill Gates and Warren Buffett run the Giving Pledge which is their Virtue Signaling charity in which funds are funneled into programs and many of these charities have verified they support politicians who carry out a globalist agenda.

Since the pledge was created in 2010, the wealth of the donors has not decreased but has instead increased from a combined $376 billion in 2010 to a combined $734 billion in 2020.[10] Many who have made significant donations, have done so to private foundations, which often pay salaries to their family members and have no obligation by law to actually spend the wealth on active charity organizations.

Donations in general are a topic of public debate, in part, because in many countries they are tax-deductible, which means donations reduce tax obligations for individuals, and tax revenue for government.

Does make one wonder why so many are still going hungry over in Africa when these elitists wealth has grown. Why are they not giving their wealth away to save those children and people from hunger and dehydration?

Edward Willis Scripps 1854-1926), was an American newspaper publisher and, together with his sister Ellen Browning Scripps, founder of The E. W. Scripps Company, a diversified media conglomerate, and United Press news service. It became United Press International (UPI) when International News Service (INS) merged with United Press in 1958.

In terms of market reach, Scripp's is the second largest operator of ABC (which is owned by The Walt Disney Company by way of its Walt Disney Television subsidiary) affiliates, behind the Sinclair Broadcast Group, and ahead of Hearst Television and Tegna.

In addition to many other acquisitions, on September 24, 2020, Scripps announced the acquisition of the American broadcaster Ion Media for $2.65 billion.

So all of this Begs the Question, just Who is programming you and your family?
Granted, you don't Have to Give them Access, you can say No to the programming, but with all of these "Corporations changing corporation names," as the song We Built This City states. . .just what all Falls under the arm of these media conglomerates?

I ask because if you'll recall one. ..Robert Maxwell who was a media mogul with a conglomerate of newspapers, books and media was involved both with Mossad and with various Elite individuals with a wide range of networking, reach and programming. His daughter Ghislaine Maxwell was the friend, madam, procurer for Jeffrey Epstein.

Never underestimate the reach of these publishing conglomerates.

Have you taken a look at All the Corporations who own them control?
What about how much programming they put out there?

Remember Viacom and CBS mentioned from Scripp's newly acquired ION Media?
It is Sumner Redstone who owns them and so many others.

Have a look here and scroll down to see the 6 corporations that own almost all media.
To include print publication, internet and video games.

When you go to the link above you will quickly see that Bob Iger who is CEO of Disney has a lot of power with Disney being the parent company for ESPN, ABC and so many others.

This is interesting as it has been verified that In terms of market reach, Scripp's is the second largest operator of ABC (which is owned by The Walt Disney Company by way of its Walt Disney Television subsidiary.

So they all work together in many ways don't they?
Is that a Lot of Reach and Power?

As far as working together with Disney, consider the influence of Ghislaine Maxwell and other predatory news involving what Disney has at times allowed or perpetuated.
