Day 2 Looking at the Sun. My Video documentary of my thoughts & feelings & eyesight.

Rise and Shine Steemit!
Welcome to my second day of this video documentary of my experiences becoming a Solar Powered SuperHero! I will be looking at the Sun during Surise, and Sunset. And filming the effects.

With clouds racing past me and I can’t contain nor explain my excitement when I glimpse sunlight thru the doom & gloom. Im cold. I can't even hear the morning chorus of peaceful birds chirping over this loud rushing wind! I begin to question; what am I doing here?!

Is this just a waste of time?

Here I am again, right on time. I stood again barefooted and raised my head towards to sky. My feet weren’t as cold as the previous day surprisingly, and I felt extremely energised, alert and alive after this meditation session.

Like I mentioned in my last video, we start sun gazing by looking directly at the sun (sunrise/sunset) building up in 10 second chunks every day until you hit the magical number of 44 minutes! From there the enchantment of the surrounding world will set in and you'll be transported to different place full of fairies, unicorns and rainbows.

But how could this possibly happen?

Let me explain, here's the science bit:

The sun’s energy moves through the eyes and charges the hypothalamus tract which is the pathway to the rear of the retina leading to the brain. From there your brain gets activated by the light received from the sun. Various hormones are triggered, released, and we feel good; alert and energised.

Benefits during the first 3 months:
-Relief in mental tension/worry
-Increase in confidence
-Ability to easily solve problems
-Positive attitude
-Reduction in negative emotions

3-6 months (44 minutes):
-Physical diseases start to disappear

Stay tuned for the next day of my Steemit SunGazing Adventure!
