Hello good morning Steemian or should I say good afternoon it really depends on what time you got up on new years day.
So tell me how was your new years night?
Did you wake up feeling not so great? Perhaps a little sluggish? No? Maybe you are full of energy for 2018?

While I didn't get up feeling full of energy I did wake up feeling great and hungry for my Steemit journey towards being a dolphin.. Which isn't bad considering I didn't get much sleep.

As you may know from some of my previous posts I first brought my starting drinks on the 30th of December after work.
I was originally there to get my friend who was hosting a house party some cheap beer but I saw a good deal and couldn't carry the cheap stuff also.
Anyway the following morning I went out with the intention to get the cheap stuff that he wanted but had this funny scenario happen to me instead.

Those are my real pictures and honestly I found the situation funny but luckily I found exactly what my friend wanted hidden away in-store as I was walking out.

So the plan was to have a friend came round and help me carry the drinks to the house party.
I was using the house party as a meeting place for those who wanted a little more for their new years night so we could then get together and decide where the rest of us was going to spend the night celebrating.

But as usual things dont always work out as planed lol.

Firstly just as my beer carrying helper arrived..........

....I got a text from a friend saying he couldn't make it due to being ill.

Now while this is indeed a shame on such a night I normally dont let this kind of thing bother me.
But on the night it did, and it did because he was the guy who had everything arranged so we could get the entry to a new years themed higher end club.
So without him we would probably be mostly stuck at the house party.

Moving on with the night me and my friends were carrying the drinks heading towards the house party when our host strangely send me a text telling me hes address.

I was confused by this and the address didn't look right.
My first thought was why is he telling me hes address I know where he lives lol.

HUH But Why!?

Yes sure we may had lost contact for a good while now because he lost my number but gosh I still remember where he lives for crying it loud lol!?

Anyway as we approached hes house I noticed the house number was different from what I got on the text, I doubted myself for a moment thinking wait have I really forgot where my friend lives??!
I was so sure it was down this road!

I retraced a few steps but knew it was definitely the right house just the wrong number.
So we looked up the full address and learned he had moved.
What a daft thing to do he forgot to tell me he had moved since we had last spoken.
I only wished he had told me so much sooner because me and some friends were standing right outside hes old house with drinks.
