Hello Dear Steemians, another SuSu, I mean another Sublime Sunday hosted by @c0ff33a ...
Today I am bringing a colourful photograph... Colours are so important in photography, painting, art and in any design you have to make, the point is that there are colours that go better with others and that is why there is a whole colour theory that has been used by artists for ages...
To make it easy to choose nice colours in your work there is a really helpful guide that is called the Colour Wheel which is a graphical representation of colour hues around a circle, showing the relationships between primary colours, secondary colors and tertiary colors (it could be more of course)...
Using the colour wheel is easier to understand the colour schemes and of course to choose the right one for your work...
For instance if you choose 'Complementary Colours' as your scheme then you need two diagonal opposite colours on the colour wheel such as red and green or blue and orange , on the other hand if you choose 'Analogous Colours' which is easy on the eyes and could represent peaceful and good mood then you would have to choose three adjacent colours on wheel...
I would love to tell more about the colour wheel and colour schemes but remember today is Sublime Sunday and i decide to share with you a nice mix between a colour wheel and a lotus flower so I named it The Colour Lotus Flower and of course with the help of Adobe Photoshop
I hope you like it
