Australian Tae Kwon Do group. Video 4.


In this video you will see some of the common basic training exercises that the children do.

All of these exercises are done so that the body gets used to the movements needed for TAEKWONDO. Not everything is Forms, most of the training that the children have is flexing and building muscles needed for the Forms and self defence.

My daughters are so happy that we are posting these videos, they want everyone to see TAEKWONDO training at their club "Australian Tae Kwon Do group".
