Always painting birds in watercolour is a great fun! :)

I first made a quick and very subtle drawing, before starting with colors.
Painting birds is a great way to practice your watercolor strokes and techniques.
You can also try with flowers as well and you don't always have to approach them in hyper-realistic, detailed fashion, because somethimes we just need this process of creation to be easy, fun and quick.
