It is with great pleasure that we apply to be part of the teaching team for the season 20 engagement challenge on the topic spreadsheet. Here in this application, I @simonnwigwe and @josepha wish to share our knowledge with the entire Steemit users via this very subject, without further ado, let's go straight into the details of the application.

@simonnwigwe: I have been a teacher of computer appreciation for many years. Immediately after my secondary education, I enrolled in a computer class where I learned packages like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint & Corel Draw for a year and six months.
After my learning, I opened my training center where I was able to transfer this knowledge to many people as well both young and old. This love I had for computers pushed me to study computer science 4 years later.
So I had my BSc in Computer Science from the prestigious Federal University Wukari, Taraba State Nigeria and I graduated with one of the best results during my time.
After my studies, I was posted to the College of Education Akwanga in Nasarawa State during my youth service where I was deployed in the class to teach computers both to science students and business education students.
The courses I took were major courses associated with Excel and Access and that made me more grounded in spreadsheets. Since I have been teaching this before I went to the university, I became so used to it and that is the main reason I wish to share it with you all through the teaching team.
@josepha: As a graduate of Accountancy, I have vast knowledge in spreadsheets (Excel) as spreadsheet is part of the computer software program that I am more familiar with when it comes to office packages, spreadsheet is my favorite. Spreadsheet and sage50 which is an accounting software are the two software I have long been using to prepare accounting statements, such as income statements, statements of financial position, and others for my clients.
Additionally, I am proficient in using accounting software like Peachtree, QuickBooks, and others that are spreadsheet-related. I am eager to share my wealth of knowledge and help others learn how to use spreadsheets effectively for data input, recordkeeping, financial analysis, chart illustration, and more in a way they would understand.

We plan to cover from basics to advanced levels in Excel so a few samples of beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses that we will love to cover are listed below.
1. Excel Essentials for Beginners:
Here we intend to teach the basics of Excel, including navigation, data entry, and simple formulas.
2. Data Analysis with Google Sheets:
Google Sheets are an essential part of our activities here on this platform hence it will be nice if everyone learns how to manipulate it therefore we will be teaching how to analyze and visualize data in Google Sheets.
3. Excel Macros and VBA:
Here we intend to teach how to automate tasks in Excel using Macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
