So... what was on @BraaiBoy's braai this past week?

Was an interesting week for me... The guys over at FireFly Charcoal reached out to me and asked me to test out their new charcoal and give feedback (there will be a post about that soon), and I'm also working on a new "Jimmy Jack" BBQ sauce for my food stands. Both needed testing, and some pork ribs are as good a test subject as any.

Very impressed with the new charcoal so far... would need a few more tests obviously with different burn times etc. and the sauce... well what's NOT to love? It's Jack Daniel's & Jimmy's Sauces... Winning!
