Fellow Steemians, Swedes And Generous Supporters.
We already have "teamaustralia" and "teamcanada". We have other, similar tags as well. - Today is the day when we will bring #teamsweden to the table.
Swedes aren't a majority in any way but we do exist. - We have users from Sweden on Steemit... And we will get even more in the near future!
Perhaps I'm the only one who're willing to put Sweden on the "steemit map", but I truly believe there are several Steemians out there longing for a Swede-community.
Today is the day we will get one!
Why Should We Have A #teamsweden Tag?
- And why should I be the front-person for something like this?
In all honesty, I don't have to be the "front-person", and I don't want to be a leader in any way.
However, I have been a member of this fantastic platform for more than a year and I've gained more than 1300 followers. - I have also a good reputation score of 65.7 at the time I'm writing this. I have also more than 2600 posts.
So even though I don't want to be a leader or a front-person, I do want to be the one who creates the #teamsweden community and I want your help to make it a superb community further on! - I truly believe that we will benefit by having this community. And I also believe that we will be able to expand into something wonderful further on.
What's the idea with this?
You have probably noticed by now that Steemit is a truly fantastic platform... - But you've probably also noticed that it's very hard to get recognition and it's a long, long process that includes tons of effort and hard work to establish ourselves. - For most people.
With #teamsweden you will not only be able to get help and support. You will also get to know fellow Steemian-Swedes and if we work as a team, we can also help each other to increase our earnings and help each other to get more exposure and recognition. - That's the idea and that's also the goal I have in mind.
From today, I will look at #teamsweden and Upvote and/or Resteem content on a regular basis... And I want you to do the same!
You don't have to write in Swedish. You can write in English and/or Swedish too. - You can publish your articles in both English and Swedish. - This is not to fill the blockchain or Steemit with thousands of Swedish articles. This is to help each other become more established and to share friendly thoughts, ideas and give each other advice and inspiration.
- I want #teamsweden to become an awesome community within Steemit itself, where we welcome, help and support each other.
Hopefully, with some luck and time, we will get support from other Steemians too. Generous and kind Steemians who're willing to lend some power or willing to upvote #teamsweden posts on a regular basis too, to aid us all in our journey to reach higher goals. - I'm also thinking of an upvote-bot similar to @msp-lovebot, but this will have to come at a later time.
The first thing we have to do, is to produce content using the tag: #teamsweden. - The second thing to do, is to figure out the best way to make a channel (chat room) for us to spend some time in. - And the third thing we have to do, is to bring Swedes to Steemit!
I live in Norrköping, Sweden. I'm a full time freelancer and even though I'm not a crypto-expert, I spend tons of time advertising Steemit. - I work hard to bring more people to Steemit but I haven't focused on Swedes, which I will do from now on. - I'm certain of the fact that we will and can create something amazing if we team up.
