The #tinyartchallenge is a forum for Steemians who like tiny art and @oceansoul13 is hosting. I am currently participating in the challenge for the first time and you find the entry post --> Here . As @oceansoul13 says it might be the tiniest picture made so far I want to share some tips and the process of making my entry.

1000 x original speed. It is a bit slow in the beginning and I adjust the camera along the way - so wait for the end :) And sorry for the poor quality, I used a GoPro 3 I have never used before and the setup and lighting wasn't the best - learning by doing
Tips On How To Draw Tiny
Except the skill to draw, and draw portraits in particular, this is what made my tiny GoT fan art possible:
Use a model photo of the exact same size in high resolution as the portrait or picture you want to make. This make it possible to have the photo next to the drawing and more easily translate the values between them.
If you make a picture this tiny a single mistake can totally ruin the whole drawing - so extreme concentration is needed. I took a few brakes while I did this one - It took in total 2,5 hours. My tip is to have really good lighting and time to time look out a window not to tire your eyes.
Sharpen your pencil often - in this case I bent the 0.7 mm drafting pencil in 45% angle to the paper and stroked it on three sides.
Be extra, super duper loose on your hand. If you mess up, use a sharp eraser of some kind and if you mess up really bad and end up with pencil stuck in the paper and no chanse to use the ordinary eraser without messing up everything - use an electrical eraser.
If needed stabilize your hand with the other hand to get rid of any shaking by pressing them togheter.
Divide the photo in smaller squares to help getting the proportion right to minimize the risk of drawing an eye 0.1 mm of to the side and ruining the look alike feeling.
Bend over and come really close to see well or get yourself a magnifying glass. I used my own sight.
Use a grain free and hard paper - I used Daler Rowney - Heavey Weight Paper.
I hope this might help you to make even tinier pictures - it is good practise and test your limits to the maximum.
And last - I make my own tinyartchallenge-ad-on.
Rules:
In the following month
The first one to make a smaller portrait or picture than my GoT-fanart will get an award of 15 SBD from me.
It must be a similar degree of look a like
It must be pencil
Just show me the entry and I will check it out.
I make it because I am sure there is someone who can make it tinier and I would be really inspired to see if it is possible.
