From the Turtle Rock, our next stop is the "natural volcano museum", the wonders of the world Shitang Lin. When you walked into the Shitang Lin, you would see quaternary volcano relic, special geographical environment formed by the volcano, a volcano rock accumulated to form a forest. The volcanic landforms here are not only the largest and best in Asia, but some of them are still unique , so it's called the volcanic museum.
From the bottom of halaha river is flowing through, above it is a pile of rockery like choking volcano rock, all sorts of strange shapes, some like a sword to erect, others like some brave knights , halberd in various shapes, so amazing to see them .
It is more difficult to imagine, there is basically no soil in the Shitang Lin, but tall and dense Xingan Larch live here with luxuriant foliage, its strong roots tightly catch the volcano rock, down in the lava crevice between the deep. The verdant Pinus pumila (grasping pine) like lotus blossoming flowers, showing a vigor and vitality. Shitang Lin with the strange domestic rare landscape, has become a national geological park.

从龟背岩出来，我们的下一站就是“天然火山博物馆”，世界奇观石塘林了。走进石塘林，你就能看到第四纪火山遗迹，所形成的特殊地理环境火山地貌，火山喷发出的岩石积累形成一片石林。这里的火山岩地貌不但在亚洲最大、最好，而且有些还是仅存和独特。因此被称作火山博物馆。
哈拉哈河底下暗河从林间流淌而过，上面是堆堆假山般壅塞的火山岩，千奇百怪，有的像利剑直立向上，有的像英勇武士持戟征战，各种形状，景色万千。
更令人难以想象的是，在基本上无土可言的石塘林里，高大茂密的兴安落叶松挺拔俊秀，枝繁叶茂，粗壮的树根紧紧抱住火山岩，在熔岩缝隙间深深扎下去；四季常青的偃松（抓地松）是朵朵盛开的雪莲花，处处一派生机盎然，显示出顽强的生命力。石塘林是国内少见的奇特景观，现已成为国家级地质公园。
