This is the photo about Mogao Grottoes in Gansu, which I took in Qinghai. Mogao Grottoes, also known as the thousand Buddha caves, they are located in the west end of the Hexi Corridor of Dunhuang. It has a history of more than 1600 years. There are many Buddha statues ,murals, sculptures of mud and other precious relics. It is the most abundant largest world Buddhist art and the treasure of Chinese Buddhist art.
Mogao Grottoes were built in the Mingsha mountains . It experienced more than one thousand years of wind and sand , one thousand years of vicissitudes of history. It seems that we can see the rising and falling of the dynasty, the returning of the years, the survival of life! A cave, a world, a cave, a myth, a cave and a history, in the depths of the desert, at the end of the Hexi Corridor, it was writing a magnificent epic.
这是我青海之行拍的甘肃莫高窟。莫高窟，又称千佛洞，坐落在河西走廊西端的敦煌。距今已有1600多年的历史。里面有佛像，壁画，泥质彩塑等珍贵文物，是世界上现存规模最大、内容最丰富的佛教艺术之地，是我国佛教艺术的宝库。
莫高窟建在了鸣沙山上的砾岩上，一千多年的风沙，一千多年的历史沧桑。让我们仿佛看到了朝代的兴衰，岁月的轮回，生命的存亡！一窟一世界，一窟一神话，一窟一历史，在大漠的深处，在河西走廊的尽头，书写着一首壮美的史诗。
