This man escorted us all about the Sahyadri Mountains in orthern Maharashtra for pennies so we chose to leave the majority of our gear for him to utilise. Here at the summit of the range he exams Leonards walking cane.
In the end we donated a good tent, sleeping bag, cane and clothes. He wouldn't accept an extra rupee and just wanted to give us stuff.
