One of many wine cellars found in the tiny South Moravian town of Petrov. The complex consists of some 80 wine cellars these days and it is open to public all year round. If you visit this place in summer or early autumn though, you will have a unique chance to taste some of the finest and most delicious Moravian wines that local winemakers sell right in the cellars.

For everyone who is already longing for spring - here is an impression of my favorite Czech village Konárovice from last year...! I love the peacocks who reside and flourish on this old historic property even if it can get incredibly loud during mating season when the males use to chirp (- or rather scream...! -) on top of their lunges ~ Someone who has not experienced it could not possibly imagine the jungle-flair that we enjoy then :)

Snap shot of the beautiful Silesian countryside with a tree silhouette in the foregreound that I took just before the sunset while biking around the rural areas of the Moravian - Silesian Region of the Czech Republic a few years ago.

Prague is beautiful at any time of the year. This is a picture I took 4 days ago when I was just passing through for one day. And the day was warm, spring-like and Sunny. Great view of St. Vitus Cathedral on the other side of the Vltava river.

For today I prepared for you again a photograph of the National Theater. This time from a side I did not find a photo on a googlu. The southern side is a very interesting building. It is clear from every other city would have took this photograph every tourist.

I like this view of Prague. The row of majestic buildings standing in front of the river Vltava, and their reflections on a little canal of the river. The majority of these buildings date from the second half of the 19th century. I was quite lucky with the light, when I took this photo.

Kutna Hora. In Prague, an excursion to the Czech town of Kutnu Hora is one of the most popular and significant. It also includes a visit to Kostnitsy, a walk around the city, a visit to the Cathedral of St. Barbara, the mint and the medieval castle of Cesky Sternberk.
Kutna Hora is located 60 km from Prague. In the 13th century it was founded and was the largest center for silver mining in Europe.

The dancing house on the Prague embankment is one of the most photographed buildings of the 20th century in Prague. I originally did not like this building, but it gradually come to taste.

Vychovatelna, the hospital complex Bulovka, Prague. It looks like a baroque chateau, but it's not a chateau. It's a youth correction facility. For this purpose, the building was built between 1906 and 1907.
Today there is the hospital department. Surgery.

View of night Prague. The view is from Vyšehrad and we look to Hradčany, Petřín and Malá Strana. In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful prospects in Prague and definitely worth a visit.
