A postcard-like overview of the historical city center of Prague. This is one of my favourite viewpoints of the city. The clouds and the colors of the sun coming through further enhance the great views.

I will also contribute with my photo of Tyn Church. The temple is situated a short walk from the Old Town Square. The photo was taken during sunrise, when there were few people on the square.

For today entry, I have prepared night photo of Charles Bridge. Its construction started in 1357. There are 30 mostly baroque statues and statuaries situated on the Charles Bridge. It is one of most visited places in Prague. There is rumor, that eggs were added during its construction in order to make bridge stronger.

Only 90 kilometers from Prague is village called Troskotovice and old castle Trosky. If you are scared of heights I would not go there. But on the other hand if you want to see small piece of the Czech republic from the bird perspective than it is highly recommended!

Today I show a detail of my favorite modern building in Prague: the Dancing House. I took a detail of the windows, forming in this way an abstract image. I used the "movement" of the lines of the building and the unusual shape in order to get the abstract character of the image.

I love taking pictues with different angles, even if it means the building is not completely in the picture. I feel like it gives it a special touch. This picture is from Prague, and it is this beautiful church! This church is just mindblowing, don't you think?

The most beautiful time, when turn on the backlight, and the sky has not yet become black. At such times I'm torn to pieces. I want to be everywhere at the same time. But on the other hand you can stay in one place and watch as the sky slowly darkens and stars appear. The second option is closer to me. So you get fewer pictures, but more impressions.

This is my image today ... The Charles Bridge and the rooftops of the city seen from the top of Prague Castle. In the distance you can also see how vantage bridges adorn the river Moldava. The Charles Bridge is the tourist image of Prague, it is like being in a beautifully enchanted area with the tower on one side and the castle path on the other side. All tourists always want to be there.

This is the beautiful castle of Nové Město nad Metují, a small town in the Hradec Králové region in the north of the Czech Republic. I've been told the translation for the town's name is "New Town on the Metuje" which is because the old town and the castle sit on a spur in a meander of the river Metuje. The castle has beautiful gardens, and to get to them you enter via a walkway bridge designed by famous Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič. In 2008, the area of Nové Město castle became listed as a national monument of the Czech Republic. For me, it marked one of the highlights of my trip through the country.

Prague Castle is one of the most photographed places in Prague. For me as a person who lives in Prague is quite the challenge to find a place where I'd still take a picture. Here I used the boat as a foreground and as a background is Castle after sunset.

Prague, one of the most beautiful cities in Central Europe, is one of the travelers' favorite travel routes in recent years. With beautiful historic buildings, bridges, squares and churches, the city preserves itself as if it were a medieval look.
This city, which passes through the Vltava River, is known for its bridges, canals, mystic air, architectural monuments and medieval sights. The historic city square is on the UNESCO history heritage list. I. and II. Although he witnessed World Wars, he did not suffer much damage as a city. Prague, which blends elements such as architecture, culture, art and history, is also preferred because it can be reached by train from other European countries.

The Dancing House is one of the most interesting Prague houses built at the end of the 20th century. It represents a man and a woman, dancing together. You can see this extraordinary house at the corner of Jirasek Square and Rasin Quay alongside the river Vltava.
