Zabriskie Point in Death Valley National Park in California just before sunrise. This is probably the most popular viewpoint in the park and there were at least 30 or 40 people already there when I arrived. Probably because it was too hot to sleep.

Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #39 - winner announcement!

@dali-gis African Wednesday entry:

Sahrara Douz Tunisia. A visit to the Sahara Desert is an experience that everyone should have at least once in their life. It's a trip worth the effort, you'll have good memories to last forever. Imagine yourself at the top of a camel trekking in the Sahara Desert. There is nothing around you, and all you can hear are the tracks of the camel on the soft sand. The sky is vast and clear in the day and filled with millions of bright stars at night.
