One thing that makes Iceland unique in the world are the countless stunning waterfalls. Some farmers even have private waterfalls in their backyard.
One of my personal favourites is Urridafoss east of Reykjavik. It is the most voluminous waterfall in Iceland.
Urridafoss is underrated by most tourists and not so famous as others. When I visited there were no other people around and I had the whole waterfall for me alone ;) You can climb along the shore and even get to a small island in the middle of the river.
