Motorcycle trip to Norway.
First stop: Sweden!
When you travel on a motorcycle, everything seems to be quite different in comparison with other kinds of travel. In a car, you are always in a closed space, and, as you get used to it, you almost do not realize that from the car window you see only one more picture as on TV-show.
There is no feeling of box or cage when your ride the bike. You have a link with everything around you. You, yourself are on the stage of show, and not just watching from the outside, while the sense of presence is simply amazing. This tarmac, whispering at 15cm underfoot, is real, exactly the same as what we walk on, it is here, although being blurry with speed and can not be clearly seen, and yet you can just drop your foot and touch it at any time . And everything around, the whole experience is constantly present in the mind.
We gotta get out of this place!
Rushing out to St.Petersburg, then Kronshadt as a checkpoint (always wanted to check those navy ships):
Endless pouring rain all the half of the way to Saint-Petersburg = a true rainsuit test. It was passed, RS Taichi rainsuits are approved to buy.
I was tired that much because of the 1500km (Iron-butt, lol) of path and my unbearable back hurt (it started since 700th, lol) all I ever wanted was to grab a pillow and sleep for 1000 years. But first I saw this:
some places are like a desktop wallpaper wherever you are staring at xD
After 14hrs sleep my plan was to get to the Abisko National Park.
No comments, you saw this!

Motorcycle travelling is tricky - you get tired & exhausted, costs are higher than Trump wall, but you get more fun than the others non biked. Fun vs comfort?
