Experience the Thrill and be Child-like at Dinosaurs Park of Clark, Pampanga

For our family, summer vacation would not be a summer vacation without experiencing on how to be a child at heart again! And to remind ourselves on how to be a child again, we decided to visit the Dinosaurs Park at Clark, Pampanga with our favorite Tito John Paul. I suppose you had seen him in some of the photos I posted last time. He showed to us some wonderful spots in Benguet and Pampanga.

How did we get ourselves here anyway?

Well, we were a bit confused with the directions so from the grounds where it displayed different planes, we rode a jeepney back to SM Clark. We then made a "pakyaw" (or paid an entire jeepney ride) that would take us to the Picnic Grounds or where the Dinosaurs Island can be found. If we have more time, we could have opted to walk to shed some few sweats in our bodies and save some pesos. But anyway, what happened seems bound to happen anyway.

From SM Clark, it was just a twenty minute ride. We passed over again the field. Along the way, there were a lot of trees and western-structured like buildings, more like buildings that can be found on old American buildings.

Honestly, it felt like I was in an American thrill movie set -- a zombie-themed movie!

The moment we stepped outside the park, we were welcomed then by this cute signage. The surrounding's atmosphere would give you such vibe that there might be dinosaurs around so I applaud for the owner to put up his park here. There are trees, foliage, and the beautiful Clark of course.

Just a small tip though, it is better if you bring your own service, or if not, have a friend to send you there and then pick you up. Commuting is not that easy though especially on holidays. It will also not ruin your itinerary if you are travelling just like my family and I.

What are the things to look forward to? Well, on this blog entry, I would showcase to you some of the spots we visited since this park was quite big. We were also in a hurry to travel to Rizal where my family and I met some of our relatives from Leyte.

The good thing about this place is that there is no entrance fee. But if you are not after the rides, well I suggest you should change your mindthis the park offers a lot of wonderful experiences. The ground itself has booth that sells food, shakes, and souvenir items. It also has small sem-concrete huts that allows you to sit down while you try to cool down. You can enjoy a bottle of coconut milk drink while your kids travel around inside and explore the place.
Aside from the booths, there are tons of little t-rex around which you can take photos of with. Do not worry, they do not move. Well, unless you put a token inside it (which costs Php50.00 or a dollar), your kids can ride on top of it while they move their body.

The 4th one in the photo set is actually my brother. Well, he resembles to a dinosaur but he does not belong to the group.

If you are not fond of selfies, you can ask a staff to take a photo of you or even ask their professional photographer to take a photo of you and have it printed as your souvenir.

Price Range

Like I mentioned, there are lots of amenities that you can enjoy inside. The following are the prices for each area:

Dinosaur Island - Php350.00 for adult and Php 300.00 for children
In this area, you can discover lots of dinosaur that moves. Of course, these are not real dinosaurs though. A tour guide would show you around and would explain to you these different species that used to exist. If you are fond of Jurassic Park, then you must love this place as well.

Jurassic Jungle Safari- Php 100.00 for both adult and children

Fortunately, we were able to visit this place. It allowed us to have a short tour inside their Jungle Safari. You can have a glimpse of it on the video I posted below which came from my youtube channel.

This photo was taken before our tour started.

Unearth Museum or also known as Fossil Museum - Php50.00 for both adult and children
I would lie if I would tell you that I fell in love with this place. I am actually not that impressed, but I suppose kids would love it. Aside from the fact that the place was not well-kept, the rain water was leaking. They should probably do something about it. Also, please take note that the items displayed were not real.

I would also suggest that they should assign someone who would not just assist the tourist but also give some quick trivias so that adults and children will somehow learn something from their musuem.

Wonders of the World - Php 100.00 for both adult and children
Wonders of the World allows you to have a quick tour on the wonders of the world. These are being showcased with the mini-structures that they made.

It is actually located adjacent to the Dinosaurs Island.

There is also a 7D Super Screen that allows you to experience 7Dimension videos for just Php100.00, feed the dinosaurs for Php20.00 only, and Insect Land which showcases giant replicas of insects that are said to have to existed before mankind roamed around the earth.

And here is a bonus clip I compiled for you! This was taken inside our short tour in the Dinosaur Park. We paid Php100.00 or USD2 for such a laughing therapy. You should probably experience this once in a lifetime experience. Haha! I hope you enjoyed our mini-tour as much as we do.
