LAMPUUK BEACH located in Aceh Besar district, Aceh province - Indonesia is one of the tourist destinations always busy visited by local and foreign tourists. Lampuuk Beach has a 5 km long coastline. This beautiful beach has soft white sand, greenish-colored sea water, and the waves are very friendly to the surfers. On the mainland there are lush pine trees and further a row of green mountains. Location Lampuuk Beach is about 15 kilometers from Banda Aceh. The condition of the road to the place is very good so it makes it easier for the tourists. There is no public transportation there so the tourists must use private vehicles. Entrance to the beach location the tourists have to pay a ticket of 0.2 dollars / person and four wheeled parking fee of 0.4 dollars.
There are four passes through which visitors can travel to different coastal sections, namely Babah Satu, Babah Dua, Babah Tiga, and Babah Four. Each entrance is named in sequence according to its position, from the southernmost to the northernmost. The path that many local visitors pass is generally Babah Satu and Babah Dua. Foreign tourists usually come from Babah Tiga. This location is usually used for surfing activities or just relaxing to enjoy summer vacation. Along with the improvements made, this beach has been equipped with various tourism facilities, such as banana boat. For visitors who want to stay overnight, also available a variety of lodging from the class of guesthouse to the cottage which rates vary in accordance with the desired service and facilities
When I went to the beach last september. I see the enders really enjoy the atmosphere of the beach. There are visitors who swim while playing the waves, some make the palace from the sand, some play banana boat, and some are just sitting on the beach or take a photo with a beautiful panoramic beach and relax dipondokan while drinking coconut ice and other foods.
As the evening approaches, visitors will rush to the beach waiting for the sun down to paraduannya. Most of the visitors will be prepared with their respective cameras to capture the natural beauty of the sun when the sun set in the western horizon. Natural panorama that makes Lampuuk Beach became one of the prima donna tour in Aceh to be a choice of vacation with family or friends welcome the new year 2018.
