Today I decided to make a short excursion to the micro-district "Sugar factory" of the city of Kotovsk, Odessa region. Monuments.
This neighborhood is located near the Sugar Factory. At one time, it appeared and began to grow thanks to the appearance of this particular plant. Subsequently, on the outskirts of this microdistrict, the industrial zone of the city began to develop. But, we will not be distracted, since this is a topic for another conversation.
As in any other microdistrict of the city, there are several areas for recreation. The first zone is located at the entrance of the plant. But there is a second one, which can be safely considered the main one. There is a small park, which is located next to the stadium. GI Kotovsky. The park rests on the city house of Culture.
Before the central entrance to the House of Culture a monument to the Hero of the USSR Bochkovich was erected. Here are the years of life, this illustrious citizen /, once a mighty country.
On the territory of the park, most recently, a small monument was erected to the victims of the Holodomor of 1932-1933.
