We went down to el Centro yesterday to get some bird food and honestly it was so hot we were looking for anything worth stopping for. We noticed this little ice cream place and stopped there. Turns out it was a lot of advertising as most of their frozen products were half thawed but it was worth the stop for the relief I received from my chilate cone.

Chilate is like the chocolate version of Horchata, a rice based cinnamon drink here in Mexico.
