Deluxe Assorted Sashimi Platter 特上刺身拼盤

Tuna belly, salmon belly, peony shrimp, sail shellfish, Oil sweet fish, white fish, and I DUNNO WHAT IS THAT FISH.
The one which is grilled tasted very good! Anyone know what kind of fish is that? 😆

吞拿魚腩、三文魚腩、牡丹蝦、帆立貝、油甘魚、白魚、比目魚、和不知道甚麼魚。
火炙了的那個好好吃,我都不知道是什麼,有人可以告訴我嗎?😆

Matsuba Crab With Sea Urchin Rice松葉蟹甲羅石鍋飯

If you are a big fan of seafood, you must need to try this. Rice served with full of crab cream, urchin and carb roe!
這個飯海鮮迷一定要吃,蟹膏香與海膽和蟹子混合,喜歡鮮味的你不要錯過~

Torii & Crane Lady 鳥居和仙鶴女

Torri is rich, fresh and mixed with sweet tomato sauce with a little bit spicy.
Crane Lady used Hendrick's Gin, cream, lemon and eggwhite to make the juice smooth and like a milkshake.

鳥居層次豐富,清新香甜的西柚車厘茄汁帶點點微辣。
仙鶴女使用Hendrick's Gin,忌廉,檸檬和蛋白製成,口感幼滑像奶昔。

Yes!
The food is fresh and tasty. If you are looking for fresh sashimi and innovative Japanese dishes, you will love this place.
The environment is good, you can enjoy the view of Victoria Habour and watch fireworks.
Customer service can be improved. Waitress are lack of training, they cannot tell the name of the sashimi.

食物新鮮美味。如果你正在尋找新鮮的生魚片和創新的日本料理,你會愛上這個地方。
環境很好,可以欣賞維多利亞港的風景,看煙花。
客戶服務可以改善。服務員缺乏訓練,他們不能說出生魚片的名字。
