The Bio Park Zoo In Nagasaki - Highlights Of Traveling In Japan [Pics & Video]

The Bio Park Zoo in Nagasaki was one of my favorite experiences in Japan! I was surprised to find out that you can hangout and pet many of the animals in their enclosures.

It was super cool to see different animals from around the world. Having only been to zoos in the US, the Bio Park Zoo had several animals I had never seen before in person.

The Video:

Squirrel Monkeys!

The most fun was probably had with the common squirrel monkeys. They were pretty smart and they knew when someone had food. (you could feed most of the animals at the zoo).

We toured the zoo right before closing time so we were practically the only visitors with the monkeys, so they pretty much mobbed us. It was quite fun.
