Five hours of driving, a failed a attempt to scale an icy mountain on foot, a ski lift, a couple of rambunctious puppies and an untold measure of beauty that I have waited far too long to discover.

Take the journey with me

I don't know why I have lived in Scotland so long without visiting the highlands. Photographs fall terribly shorting of capturing the entirety of the picture. This trip was supposed to be for Vito, but I think I enjoyed it far more than he. The mountains are a source of inspiration, and I now want to do nothing but work on my novel.

I hope you enjoyed the pics, and next week it will be a new location, so stay tuned for more of Scotland, and more of Vito.
