WanderLust #9 ChocolART

Hello Steemit!
WanderLust is a blog run by two German sisters Erika and Johanna! We both travel around the world for work and play and hope to be able to take the Steemit community on some of our journeys with us. Today’s posting is about our time at ChocolART in Tübingen.

Going to ChocolART is like shrinking yourself down and walking through the chocolate village in a candy store window. ChocolART is the largest chocolate festival in Germany, and covers 10000 square meters with chocolate themed wonder made by hundreds of chocolatiers from around the world. Maybe there are even booths from your home country!

While exploring ChocolART, you can see amazing things like giant chocolate ornaments:

Roman-style armour and replica artwork made out of chocolate:

Chocolate shoes:

There was also a shop that was completely filled with replica tools made out of chocolate!

ChocolART of course also has more traditional Christmas chocolate treats for people who just want to enjoy a simple chocolate treat.

You can even buy a treat that you just saw being made in front of you!

It is very easy to lose yourself for hours simply wandering around and enjoying eye-eating all of the chocolate that you could ever imagine.

We hope that you are enjoying your journeys with us, and we hope to hear from you and will incorporate your suggestions into our future posts. We hope to go on more adventures with you all in the new year and we will try to include any good suggestions that we see before that posting.

Auf Wiedersehen!
